The Town of East Hampton has a long history of affordable housing including both rental housing and homeownership dating back to the early 1980’s. The Town Board has recently acquired two properties, one off of Route 114 and one off of Pantigo Road for development as affordable housing.

The affordable home ownership list is currently closed and the Town is not accepting new applications at this time.
