Planner of the Day: Monday to Friday, between 1 and 4 p.m., a planner is available to answer questions at the Planning Department counter without an appointment or by phone.
Planners are also available to review files, to answer questions, or to provide detailed planning help by appointment Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Inspections/Flaggings/Verifications (“lot inspections”) are completed by planners in the order of submission.
Planners are available to answer all questions regarding clearing. For example: How do I find out what vegetation can be cleared on my property? When is a town permit required? What can be planted to avoid a violation? What plants are allowed for revegetation plantings? Appointments for meetings on-site or in-office are available Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
