If you are Renewing your RENTAL REGISTRY or Applying for the First Time, please complete a NEW Rental Registry Registration and Self-Inspection Checklist. Both forms are available on the Town website or at the Building Department (300 Pantigo Place, Ste. 104). BOTH PAGES MUST BE NOTARIZED AND EVERY QUESTION MUST BE ANSWERED. Please submit either in person or by mail, along with the $200 application fee, check payable to: Town of East Hampton. If you have questions, please call 631-324-4145. Thank you.
