The agreements, with respect to a proposed offshore wind energy project that is currently undergoing federal and state regulatory and environmental review,  would go into effect only if the project obtains all federal, state, and other approvals. They will be the subject of a public meeting of the East Hampton Town Board at 11 a.m. on January 12, 2021; Public comments will be accepted. The virtual meeting will be aired on LTV Channel 22.
