LICENSE TO UTILIZE AGRICULTURAL LAND AMAGANSETT

A Request for Proposals Package EH2023-107 for a License to Utilize Agricultural Land in Amagansett, NY may be obtained from the Office of the Senior Purchasing Agent by emailing: or between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning Thursday, March 16, 2023.

All bidders are strongly urged to attend a site visit meeting for the License to Utilize Agricultural Land to be held on the property, located at Stony Hill Road/Hamlin Lane, Amagansett, NY on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, Town Hall 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
