Description
AED Location (PDF)s This map provides the Town of East Hampton AED Locations
Town Wide Map (PDF) This is a map of the entire Town of East Hampton with the main roads, school districts and village boundaries depicted.
Zoning Maps This is the official zoning map that is contained in Chapter 255 of the Town Code. In addition to the Zoning and Overlay Districts, it includes parcels as depicted on the Suffolk County Real Property Tax Map and the names of all Town Roads and major water bodies.
Existing Land Use Map (PDF) This map depicts the use of every parcel in town as observed in the field and categorized using the Suffolk County land use classification system. Please note that this is not a map of the uses allowed on each parcel as listed on a valid Certificate of Occupancy or a Zoning Map.
Recreational Open Space Map (PDF) This map depicts land that is owned by the Town, county, state, federal government, private homeowners association or bona fide conservation organization for the purpose of passive recreation, active recreation or protection of natural or man-made features. It does not predict protected agricultural land.
Surface Area Map (PDF) This map includes Town of East Hampton Surface Area (including all Tidal Embayments and the Village of Sag Harbor and the Village of East Hampton) Excluding Gardiners Island.
Directory of Town Departments (PDF) This map depicts the location of all Town government offices.
Fire District Map (PDF) This map represents the general boundaries of the Fire Districts illustrated. Any relationship of specific property to a particular fire district must be verified via normal property search routines.
School District Map (PDF) The map depicts the location of the five school districts located within the Town of East Hampton and the major roads.
Planning Board Member District Map (PDF) Each Planning Board member is assigned to a particular area of East Hampton and can help shepherd applications from that district through the review process. This map depicts each member's area.
Zoning Board Member District Map (PDF) Each Zoning Board member is assigned to a particular area of East Hampton and can help shepherd applications from that district through the process of submitting a complete application to the Zoning Board. This map depicts each member's area.
Old Filed Maps (PDF) These Maps are the "Old Filed Map Study" and are referenced in the code as the Urban Renewal Plans.
 Trail Guide West The Trail Guide West map shows the trail system in the Town of East Hampton from Town Line Road to Napeague Harbor. Folded copies, convenient for trail use, are available for purchase in the Town Clerk's Office
 Trail Guide East The Trail Guide East map shows the trail system in the Town of East Hampton from Napeague Harbor to Montauk Point. Folded copies, convenient for trail use, are available for purchase in the Town Clerk's Office.
 Southern Pine Beetle  This map has been created to show the areas within East Hampton Town that have been affected by Southern Pine Beetle as of October 2021. The map will be updated if new areas are confirmed to have infestation. Land Management staff has been inspecting Town-owned properties regularly and private properties upon request of the landowner.
