Located at the end of South Eton Street in Montauk where it overlooks the ocean just before entering Montauk Village. This site features access to the ocean by foot or vehicle (permit required), offering excellent hiking and spectacular ocean views.

Benson Reservation
The Town of East Hampton received this property as a gift in January of 1999, comprising of 38 acres of land fronting the Atlantic Ocean shoreline also known as “Umbrella Beach.” It is a portion of the Benson Reservations established by the heirs of Arthur Benson and have historically been open to use by residents of Montauk.

Park Rules
- Park open sunrise to sunset (unless otherwise permitted)
- Swimming prohibited (no lifeguard on duty)
- Parking requires a town parking permit
- Town of East Hampton Beach drive-on pass required for vehicular beach access (designated areas only)
- No unauthorized commercial activity
- Dogs should be controlled at all times and pick up after your dog
- Park/Beach usage is “At Your Own Risk”
