Description of Park/Beach
Located off of the dirt road portion of Soundview Drive/Road B in Montauk, where it overlooks the meeting of Fort Pond Bay and Block Island Sound. This site features a small dirt parking lot with access to the beach below by stairway. It offers spectacular views of the water and it is a great spot for hiking, picnicking, bird watching, photography, etc. It is also a popular spot for divers seeking the fortunes from the HMS Culloden. A second entry into the Culloden Point Preserve trail system is just north of Wills Point Road off of Flamingo Road in Montauk.
