How do i obtain a permit to film within the Town of East Hampton?

A permit is required for ALL filming whether it is on private or public property in the Town of East Hampton.   The application and the fee schedule are located at; http://www.ehamptonny.gov/DocumentCenter/Home/View/824 . 


*All filming permits are subject to review by the Assembly and Film Committee. Applications must be received in advance to ensure that your permit will be approved. The committee meets once a week during Peak season (May - October) the rest of the year the meetings will be monthly. Applicants may be required to meet with the committee for approval.
